It is once again a welcome back week and many people are doing the special Ranger's offensive quests to get some cool titles.
So here's my question:
Why doesn't Nigdyl, the ranger at Bree west gate, give me any quests? I have completed tier 1 and am level 65. Is it a bug or just disabled at the moment?
